A Return to Function

Our proposal for a new Bauhaus inspired Apart-hotel. The scheme which takes influence from the Bauhaus German Art School which integrates aesthetics and function. The form of the building leans heavily on the original Bauhaus Art School and integrates the classical Bauhaus colour palette of reds, blues and yellows. The Apart-hotel will be coupled with a large pavilion housing amenities such as restaurant, bar and general facilities for the Apartments. The hotel is part of a larger scheme which includes new retail and office space as well as a communal market area for street venders and events

Scarva Road Housing

Yesterday’s aerial photographs of the final home in our bespoke Scarva Road development built by Milltown Joinery. The site contains four unique high end homes each with large gardens and spectacular views over the countryside from the top of the hill.
