We are delighted to announce that two of our architects Jeffrey Sergeant and Paul McCreanor of McCreanor & Co Architects have gained their Certified Passive House Designer Qualification from South West College.

Nice little treat to start of the year seeing our Belfast Garden Villa featured in the most recent edition of Persepective. The Villa has been granted Planning Permission and will be starting on site early this year. Happy New year to all, let’s hope this one gives us some normality
